For more than 20 years, ICL has helped ambitious young people pursue excellence at the highest levels of competition and performance. We have worked alongside elite teen athletes, artists, musicians, creators, and performers as they navigate the demanding path toward becoming the best in their category. Our students train, compete, create, and perform on national and international stages while receiving an education intentionally designed to support both their passions and their personal growth.
At ICL, our goal is not simply to help students win titles or gain recognition. It is to help them become confident, capable, purpose-driven leaders who are prepared to make a meaningful impact in whatever arena they choose to pursue.

The ICL Fellows Program
At ICL, we believe that extraordinary talent should never be limited by a lack of opportunity or resources. The journey toward becoming a world-class athlete, artist, performer, or creator often requires significant investment—specialized coaching, travel, competition fees, equipment, training environments, and flexible educational support. For many families, the financial demands of pursuing excellence at the highest level can become overwhelming. The ICL Fellows Program was created to help bridge that gap and ensure that gifted young people have the opportunity to fully pursue their potential.
The ICL Fellows Program provides individualized support for ambitious young champions who are striving to become the best in the world in their chosen discipline. Through Individual Fellowship Grants, students receive meaningful assistance that supports both their educational journey and their pursuit of elite performance. This support may include tuition assistance, specialized training opportunities, travel expenses, tournament and competition fees, performance gear, technology, creative resources, mentorship access, and other critical developmental needs.
More importantly, the Fellows Program is built around the idea that true success is holistic. Our Fellows are encouraged not only to pursue excellence in competition or performance, but also to grow as leaders, teammates, innovators, and compassionate human beings who positively impact the world around them.

ICL Fellows are held to a high standard of excellence both on and off the field, stage, court, classroom, or studio. To maintain their scholarship support, Fellows must sustain an A academic average, demonstrate excellence and commitment in their training and competition, and successfully develop and execute an Impact Project aligned with their passion and purpose. These projects encourage students to use their gifts to positively influence their communities and create meaningful change beyond themselves.
