It is their character, leadership, and willingness to intentionally carve out time to mentor young people, share their wisdom, and pull back the curtain on the mindset, habits, and “secret sauce” behind meaningful success.

Respecting Tradition
Leadership Speaker Series
Since 2001, a pillar of ICL has been our Leadership Speaker Series. Students have had the amazing opportunity to hear from champions and leaders in a variety of fields, ranging from political leaders Bill Clinton and Michael Bloomberg, to global music icons Alicia Keys and LA Reid. These passionate global leaders have shared their own experiences, face-to-face, in lectures, conversations, and counsel.

The ICL Championcast
Today, our mission to inspire is re-imagined as the ICL Championcast. Led by our award-winning production team, we film in-depth interviews with global leaders, guiding them to translate their unique knowledge and intellectual capital into teachable processes.
ICL students gain rare access to real-world experiences and practical insights that cannot be learned from textbooks alone. Our Champions speak candidly about failure, discipline, pressure, creativity, leadership, and personal growth, giving students an authentic understanding of what it takes to pursue excellence in today’s rapidly evolving world.
Most importantly, they remind our students that greatness is not reserved for a select few. By sharing their journeys openly and generously, ICL’s Champions inspire young people to dream bigger, think independently, lead courageously, and build lives of purpose and contribution far beyond their individual pursuits.
